This function will walk you through a series of questions to narrow down your topic and provide the Plan Attorney with all the necessary background information to provide you with the most complete and accurate information based on the specifics of your situation. All of this occurs in a completely secure environment.

Referral

As you may have noticed, this web site contains a wealth of information on various legal topics meant to educate members on preventative measures, do-it-yourself legal issues and complicated matters to help you get the most out of your consultation with your Plan Attorney. Document Review
This benefit can be accessed by calling the Legal Hotline at 1-800-562-2929. A Personal Access Specialist will match you with the Plan Attorney best suited to review your particular document and answer questions based on the area of law and the location of the parties involved.

Soon you will be able to utilize your document review benefit online by connecting to a Plan Attorney's Virtual Law Office and sending a scanned (or other electronic format) document or faxing it to the Plan Attorney's office. The Plan Attorney will then review your document and make any suggestions for changes or corrections and answer any questions about the document and its consequences online. New documents can also be prepared in the same fashion, by filling out the appropriate online form which will then be sent to the Plan Attorney's Virtual Law Office in a secure environment for review.

Letters & Phone Calls
This benefit can be accessed by calling the Legal Hotline at 1-800-562-2929. A Personal Access Specialist will match you with the Plan Attorney best suited to handle your matter based on the area of law and the location of the legal matter.

Soon you will be able to request a letter or phone online by connecting to a Plan Attorney's Virtual Law Office. There you will find various forms for different types of legal matters that will help you provide all the background information the attorney will need to handle your matter correctly. Certain types of letters can be prepared online by you and sent online in a secure environment to the Plan Attorney's Virtual Law Office for review where it will then be printed on the Plan Law Firm's letterhead and mailed to the appropriate party on your behalf.

Simple Will
This benefit can be accessed by calling the Legal Hotline at 1-800-562-2929 to request a Will Kit. Once we receive your completed questionnaire included in the Will Kit, it will be forwarded to a local Plan Attorney, who will then prepare your Will. You will have the choice to either have your completed Will mailed to you with instructions on how to execute the will or go into the Plan Attorney's office to execute the Will.

Soon you will be able to complete your Will questionnaire online for faster service. It will still be prepared by a local Plan Attorney and you will have the same option to have the Will mailed to you or to go into the office, but you will be able to review the completed Will online first and ask any questions or make changes by using the Plan Attorney's Virtual Law Office. All of this occurs in a completely secure environment.
